The year is 4E 171, and the Aldmeri Dominion has just delivered its declaration of war in a most horrid of ways. Their ultimatum spurned, a wagon was brought into the Imperial city and its contents revealed in front of the Imperial Palace. Inside, the heads of over a hundred Blades agents. The heads over a hundred of your allies.
Drawn from all walks of life you were inducted into The Blades. From dank prison cells, wartorn battlefields, and arcane laboratories you joined the Blades, following in the footsteps of the Dragonguard and the legendary Champion of Cyrodil, and perhaps just as importantly washing your past away. And now the Thalmor have declared open aggression towards all of you as much as they have the Mede dynasty. Agents of the Aldmeri track you even now as you head for a secret safehouse in the hills near Skingrad.
Come, let us see if you can forge a tale worth being sung.
This is a game using a homebrew system. This one, in fact. It's a bit rough around the edges, and has a definite lethal tilt to it for the very unlucky or unprepared, but I feel it captures the spirit of the Elder Scrolls games nicely.
