A modest sith shrine on Vjun. A small group of five has gathered in a small room. The holocron in the center of the room flickers to life and the lithe figure of Lady Jaden Korr appears to the people in the room.
"The Sith tradition now lies with you, my apprentices. Whether you know it or not, the Shadow Academy on Korriban has been destroyed by now. I myself have likely been slain. If not by Katarn, then by Mara Jade. As you probably suspect by now, I did foresee that Jedi attack. In preparation, I created this shrine and created this holocron. You will find many lightsabers that I have gathered and built over the years. None of them use red crystals and there are even training lightsabers among them, since the Sith Order no longer has the numbers to risk injury or fatalities in our training.
"I have had some time to think about how you might proceed from here. Unfortunately, I have little advice. All I know for certain, is that the rule of two Sith has never truly sustained the Order. That rule has only ever dwindled our numbers and lead us to disaster, even though it has ensured we have no weakness within our ranks. You also lack the numbers and skill to restore the rule of the one Sith. The five of you are the most powerful apprentices I have ever had, but do not think of my words as a compliment. I am simply acknowledging my own failure as the leader of the Sith.
"The younglings that I sent with you were the ones that had the most promise. Through this Holocron, I shall instruct them in the ways of the Force as well as in the art of lightsaber combat. However, due to the limitations of this device, it would be unwise of me to try and lead this order after my death. As Sith, you would eventually usurp my Holocron form as your leader. To minimize further internal strife, I am leaving the Sith Order to you. How you choose to lead and protect what remains of our way is up to you. I will now be merely a tool at your disposal."
Lady Korr's Holocron image disappears and you are left alone in the room. A few minutes pass in silence until the eldest of your young charges, Vicond enters the room, bowing before you.
"Apologies for the interruption, Masters. Many of us, especially the older ones, are getting restless. They wish to know your orders."
