- First exposure to the game was a friend that dragged me into on online game With a few of his friends. Didn't know any of the rules, never read any rule books, and didn't know what the heck was going on. Also his friends were kinda D-bags so needless to say it wasn't the greatest of experiences.
Few years later got a job working with some one who played and he rather piqued my interests in it. He let me borrow his 3.5 beginner book and that's about all the rules I know so far, That and what I researched from online. Even though I haven't played a (real) game, I have frequently dabbled in character creation and fantasy style story writing. Namely a comic I have been working on for a good many years. I'm hopeful that a little experience Role playing will further improve my story telling. - Interests
