I can't seem to find it in my D20 Future or D20 Future Tech Books, but I was sure there was a weapon gadet that allowed energy weapons to be chargable, anyone know if it's a different name, it's really annoying to me because a friend wanted to go all "Megaman" in this campaign we are currently in.
