The Galactic Holonet, a great wonder of the crumbling modern civilization. It's a wealth of information unlike any other....but this isn't it. Maybe you didn't pay your holonet bill or you wasted your bandwidth following endless links of Holo-Tropes (which is uncanny in how well they can describe reality and Galactic History) or the holonet has simply fallen into disrepair like the rest of the great things the Republic once offered; but whatever the reason, you're stuck with just a datapad to keep track of everything. The more you explore and discover, the better of a read it will make to the treasure hunter who finds it next to your remains hundreds of years from now. Don't disappoint the cheap merchant it will undoubtedly be sold to!
((This is a place for any and all information we want to keep track of which is known to the PCs. We will try to keep it updated as much as possible before the game starts, and then, whenever the PCs learn something new and important. The players may feel free to post anything they would like to keep track of as well.))
If there ever was one thing Marko completely excelled at, it was traveling in style. Marko's own personal starship, the SABRA, is a sleek Scabbard class ship - a combination of luxury yatch and quick smuggler ship. With the Sith's recent expansion into most of the rim, only a few of these newly designed ships where ever made. Most having fallen into the hands of crime lords and the kingpins of the galactic underworld who prize these ships - And Marko has never told a soul how it acquired it. Equipped with massive engines, and more engines, these ships can outrun even the famed Corellian ships. The craft's decent shielding, superb agility, and it's two gun turrets (one on the top and one on the bottom) make this bucket of bolts more then capable of protecting it's owner in a scrap.

Cartel Force Users, Found on the Hutt Freighter in Chapter 1
The new guys are strange. They scare me. I've been working for the Hutt Cartel forever and now we're passed up for people like those freaks. Force users who want nothing to do with the Jedi and the Sith and who the galaxy at large fears. I don't blame the galaxy, they should be feared. The entire war is their fault. I don't think the Jedi and Sith could ever settle their own differences without involving the rest of us. Well, the hutts have gotten wise to this new kind of runner. They've always been good at exploiting the desperate refugees for numbers I guess. Now their taking the force using refugees of this war as well.
It's wrong. Very wrong. The ones skilled in telepathy have become lie detectors and slavemasters. The telekinetic ones as enforces and body guards. And the other ones. I hope I never meet one of them. Normal force users are bad enough!
Slot 0: Weapon has a silencer on it, imposing a -10 to perception checks made to discern the sound or spot the flash...but reduces max range by two increments (down to 40 squares max).
Slot 1: Weapon only jams/needs to be reloaded on a natural 1.
Slot 2: Cloaked: Grants a medium sized creature/user a total of +5 to concealment of the weapon.
*As a swift action, the weapon can be overloaded and thrown (at a -5) and explode in a 2x2 square. It's explosion deals 6d8 damage.
