Confetti's Artsy Thread
Well, I haven't logged on here in two months so I guess I'll just post what I've been working on in that large gap of time.
http://a649.ac-images.myspacecdn.com...d27469bd78.jpg Island http://a793.ac-images.myspacecdn.com...888198eac8.jpg Sunset Mountains http://a802.ac-images.myspacecdn.com...0f0f02ec49.jpg Armageddon There's just three of them. I'll add more later. I'm just too lazy right now. |
You're alive! And it's nice to see your improvements on 3D.
Btw, I think you blocked me on IM. :( The last time I chatted with you (months ago) I got some response that says you forgot me. :ro: |
I haven't exactly been on my IM anyway :p. Regardless, I don't block people.

Very cool. Is there a reason why the first picture in your second post is a bit on the low-contrast side? Also, have you been doing these just for fun, or for other purposes as well?
And, I just looked at my IM list again. I think I lost you. :ro: Edit: There is a pair of funky eyes in the sky! |
I'm just doin' these for the hell of it. I've gotten two of them in my school's art magazine.
And the reason the first one appears low contrast was because I was trying to make it seem hotter than just the sun being there. So I turned up light intensity and lowered the blue in the sky to make it look more like a heat block. I don't think it worked very well :p |
What version of Bryce do you use (if you don't use bryce, pardon me for assuming)
|
Well it's not Bryce. It's a program called Terragen. Great program and easy to use. For actual figures instead of terrain I've been learning Blender. Odd interface, but easy to get used to.
