Description
Quite tall for a dwarf, Nym has a few features that most people stare at him for: His skin is way darker than other gold dwarf and all of his left scarified side (head to toe) seems to have been burned (and is even darker than the right side).
Personality
Being a survivor, Nym is always suspicious. Until they earned his trust, he will act (outside combat situations) as they are civilians. In combat, he knows every ally is worthy in a way or another. He is quite aggressive in speech and in act. Not really patient, he can still understand the need to prepare and if his goal warrants it, he will pursue it till the end of time.

Born in the Smoking Mountains, Nym has been taken away at young age by Duergars during one of their numerous raids on gold dwarfs settlements. After 15 years of slavery, he was being considered to become a sacrificial gift to the Illithid Lords. But 3 days before the sacrifice, a group of Untherian scoundrels, looking for underdark treasures, took him back to the surface. For 17 years, one of them, a precious stones and rare metals trader named Azzare, employed Nym as a guard in his Shussel's store and warehouses. While working, Nym met a few dwarven merchants informing him that his familly was lost in a landslide 20 years ago. Meanwhile, Nym and Harmia, his future earth genasi wife,were introduced by Azzare after her rescue from the Dark Lords by one of his "expedition". Sadly, 2 years ago, in the famous vanishing of Shussel, Harmia, Azzare and 85% of the population disappeared in all but one night. Hearing that the event has its origin in the Black Ash plains, at the foot of the Smoking Mountains, Nym went to find answers. All he got was destruction, desolation and a mark that will never let him forget. The answers, though, were not there and Nym found himself entering a mercenary company in the wake of the war where he fought for and against his former country. A few months ago, after learning from a tiefling priest that the vanishing is tied to Orcus, he left the compagny and search once more for answers...
