Name: Niara Drexin Age: 38 Race: Night Elf Class: Warlock (Fey) Physical Niara stands at 5'10” tall, has long white hair which she keeps loose except for a braid which starts at her forehead and runs all the way down to the end of her hair, through the middle. She has a voluptuous body and dresses to accentuate it, but within societal standards, and depending on mood. She keeps herself in peak physical condition, but without gaining muscles. She finds them... unattractive. Her eyes glow a vibrant violet shade. Her clothing of choice is anything she thinks looks good, so her style varies from mood to mood, and color to color; though her favorite colors are black, red, and white. When she travels, her clothing is kept to a bare minimum wearing only what is practical. Personality She is still a bit immature, considering she is still considered young for an elf, but she hides this immaturity under her elven calm and poise. She finds the concepts of love, sensuality, sexuality, passion, sex, lust, all of it and anything related, incredibly enthralling. Though she usually keeps it to herself as she realizes they are not something to spoken of lightly in most places or company. She has a strong will, a strong and intelligent mind, but wants to be more than she is. It is not that she is discontent with her life or who she is, but wishes to know everything and be more than she is; it is a strong desire within her. She is not naive enough to believe she can know it all, but that is the only way she knows how to describe her desire to learn and be good at all she can get her mind around. Background: She grew up with her parents within the Emerald Forest, but her parents dealt with humans often. This interaction is a big reason why she is less staid and more desiring to become more. Her parents were at first apprehensive of this behavior, but soon realized it was already within her, just now unlocked. Instead of trying to flounder it, they helped it along giving her proper guidance and teaching. When she and her parents felt she was old enough, she began traveling learning bits and pieces of several languages, mainly from kindly wizards or passing rangers who let her travel with them, and would teach her. She still strives to fully master the languages, one day knowing she will have fluent mastery over them. Niara also spent a lot of time within several cities. She found herself quite adept at maneuvering through the streets, learning the ways of the street life, and everything else one needed. Her chosen avenue of strength, survival, power, was the power of her fey ancestors. In honor of her fey heritage she gained the power of the Fey. During her brief experience with the power, not even having seen the tip of the iceburg, she loves the way the power flows, molds itself. Niara eagerly studies the magic which only a fey touched can wield, striving to unlock more and more of its potential. During her travels she was “discovered” by an agent of the Diamond veil who saw potential in her. He recognized the desire she showed, seeing that it would serve her well, and the Diamond Veil. He approached her being very up front, not holding anything back. At first she was apprehensive, but decided that it would be a good chance to learn, and grow. The agent took her immediately to train within the organization. Immediately she was amazed at the wealth of knowledge, the opportunities. She quickly grew to master her powers, the skills she already knew, her grasp on language strengthened, and so much more.
