This does not actually change the nature of the spell you cast; a fireball cast with this feat still deals fire damage, but since it also carries the cold descriptor, it can be augmented by a number of feats listed in this chapter, such as Cold Focus and Frozen Magic. Frost Breath (SC): [COLD] Giving a forceful exhale across your cupped hand, your breath shoots forth tinged with frost and crystals of ice. You breathe a cone of intense cold at your foes. The spell deals 1d4 points of cold damage per two caster levels (maximum 5d4). In addition, all creatures damaged by the frost breath that fail their Reflex save are dazed for 1 round by the sudden shock of cold. Lesser Shivering Touch (FB) [COLD] Your successful melee touch attack delivers a bitter chill to the target, causing it to shiver uncontrollably for the duration of the spell. Shivering characters take 1d6 points of Dexterity damage. Creatures with the cold subtype are immune to the effects of lesser shivering touch. Zone of Glacial Cold (FB) [COLD] You create a zone of icy cold within the spell’s area, dealing 1d6 points of cold damage per round. Light of Lunia: The silvery radiance created by this spell emanates from you in a 30-foot radius, and dim light extends for an additional 30 feet. Beginning one turn after you cast this spell, you can choose to expend some or all of the light of Lunia as a ray of light. You must succeed on a ranged touch attack with the ray to strike a target. You can make a single ranged touch attack that deals 1d6 points of damage, or 2d6 points of damage against undead or evil outsiders, with a range of 30 feet. Spell resistance applies to this attack.
