Description
This imposing figure enjoys an abundance of personal space, as people will even cross the street to avoid him. Grey hair, unkempt and unwashed, pokes out into every direction. His filthy armor is actually quite new, and even of high quality. He often dons a ferocious looking mask, perceivably taken from a wolf. A wide, tusked jaw emerges from the bottom, suggesting Orcish heritage.
Personality
Borris, or "Wolf", is extremely gruff and antisocial. He rarely even bothers with the nuances of proper speech, though his intellect is certainly capable. In truth, this is mainly done to put others off. He considers civilization to be a corrupting influence, prolonging the lives of the unfit, and discouraging the need for survival. Caring nothing for the developments of the metropolitan, Wolf only sees worth in what can't be taken away. He respects fellow warriors for what they do, but vocally loathes to discuss anything but battle. The only reverence he shows is to female hunters, as he considers them aspects of his Goddess.

Borris Druitt's conception was unfit to print, so we'll begin with his birth. His mother pulled her hair from root when faced with the decision of what to do with him. She was unwilling to leave him in an orphanage, especially with the funding so low for the Orc Blooded ghettos. Rearing in such an environment would likely grow a man worse than his father. She hoped for her child to be redeemed. The World's recent perils proved serendipitous for her aspiration. People were trapped within their own walls. They risked starvation. A new class of society was needed. One to hunt, gather, and maybe fight back the incursion of "Them." The requisite training would largely forgo a formal education, hence the program drew a disproportionate number of Half-Orc children. Borris proved to be somewhat brighter than his peers, and his mother sometimes lamented the decision to enroll him. He missed nothing, truth be told. He love what he was doing, even though he understood, as even the dimmest among them suspected, they were meant to be expendable. Out there he had much more freedom than that of the children locked away in their classrooms. The first troupes to set out had considerably less success than anticipated. Several were killed and nearly half sustained injuries. Most of the non Orcs withdrew afterward. A greenish hue became synonymous with foragers of the savage wild. Rather than considering them heroes for their risk and sacrifice, the public considered this the only contribution they were capable of making. At the beginning of Borris' senior year in the program, a Human Ranger came to live in the compound. Herne, as he was called, was so experienced in the wilderness that the task of instructing the foragers was given over to him. He was a skilled archer, able to keep his pupils safe as he took them into the woodlands miles deeper than they had previously gone. The troupes were gaining hands-on experience fighting "Them" with minimal losses. Borris admired Herne's bow skill, of course, but it was the Human's peculiar wolf companion which really commanded his respect. The unimposing beast would easily take a foe off its feet and subsequently teat its throat out; a feat which never ceased to amaze Borris. Herne decide to leave after that year. He had helped the compound as much as he could and there were other places that would need him. After graduating, Borris began making unauthorized solo treks into the woodlands. He would eventually find what he sought, a lone wolf. He began chanting a prayer to the Goddess of the Hunt to help him possess the creature's fighting spirit. The wolf snarled, Borris returned the gesture, and they fought. It was a tenacious battle. The feral beast left many a scar on the young Barbarian's hide. In the end, Borris persevered. He performed a special ritual, burning the slain elk he had used as lure, and called the wolf's spirit to join with his own. "Wolf" returned to the compound; wearing the face of his inner totem.
