Mannerisms and Appearance
Reaper is pale, stands 5'10" and wears his (dyed azure) hair pulled back into a loose ponytail. His armour appears to be of military issue, that is, serviceable, lowest-bidder craftsmanship and is dyed a blackish-grey hue that would make him harder to see if he were roaming the Shadowfell. He also wears loose-fitting, somewhat torn garments of a slightly darker hue. The sleeves are short and the pants long. Crawling, grey ritualistic scars mar his skin forming intricate, criss-crossing patterns.

Background & Other Notes
Reaper Fourth Class Jazed Sinrae was a simple soldier in the small, elite Shadar-kai fighting forces. He took his military training and discipline seriously and excelled in multiple fields. In doing so, he was re-assigned from Scout School (The duty for which he volunteered) and was sent to train under the Reaper designation. The Reapers are a small, mobile band of Shadar-Kai Chainfighters with training focusing on precise, surgical strikes, and the more shadowy art of "Battlefield stealth" as well as numerous practical mechanical issues - like disarming siege engines or unlocking doors and picking pockets. After his schooling, he was assigned to the Reaper Corps of a regiment, much like any other, only the regiment's Commander had quite an attractive daughter with which the young Reaper found himself striking up a shadowy affair. The rush was exhilarating. Shadar-Kai culture, though oft misunderstood, emphasized life and the thrill of getting caught, the lust, and the romance was exactly his people's ideal. It was extreme, it was dangerous, it was him living. One night, as he was towing the line between seeing his lover and getting caught doing so, he stepped just a little bit too far. He was caught. By the Commander, herself. Our young Reaper begged and pleaded with the Commander, promising (Falsely) that he'd end the affair if only they could just turn around and pretend this never happened. The Commander consented, and, true to her word, pretend the Reaper had done something much, much more unforgivable. She claimed he plotted to mutiny. The punishment, of course, was usually exile. It was difficult to torture a Shadar-Kai through traditional methods, as pain is just another grand, glorious sensation in the stew that is Life. Instead, he was isolated, left to rot, for the Apathy and Boredom of the Shadowfell to kick in and slowly eat away at his soul. The Reaper made a game of it, seeing just what he could do before being stopped. He refused to let the torture claim him. And he refused to give up his non-existant co-conspirators. And so, he was officially stripped of his rank and made to stand before the Regimental Ritualist Corps. They together cast upon him an enchantment which shifted his body and soul out of the Shadowfell to a remote and desolate piece of the Material Plane. He was left with naught but his military issue gear and a pack with some rations. ...Where they sent him was a few days outside the mining settlement of Hammerpick, which, fortunately, ended up saving his life. He came into town, hungry, thirsty, and a little bit frostbitten, arriving in the midwinter from the opposite direction of civilization, he his quickly branded insane and dangerous by the townsfolk. Something he sought to prove them correct at. He told nobody his name, giving the moniker "Reaper" with no explanation when pressed for such information. Here, he quickly acquired a reputation around the Shalehearth tavern as "That one guy who started bar fights because he's bored." and, after this reputation had time to cement itself (Admittedly, not a long time), he was offered a position as the unofficial bouncer of the establishment. The contract was simple, solve problems here, and get food and shelter. It wasn't the soldiering life he was used to, but it was occasionally exciting and it would do just fine. Reaper accepted. And this is where he stands as the story begins
