Description
Amy's small frame and slim build belie her physical prowess. For a barbarian she seems rather civilized, although some vestiges of her roots remain, namely her rather unkempt hair and ragged clothing. She usually wears dark green trousers and a light brown shirt (both in poor condition), along with a pair of dusty, brown boots and her scale mail armor (over her shirt). She often wears a long, dark grey cloak as well, which bears the insignia of a large kraken.
Personality
Amy has no particular disposition in regards to others. She's willing to work with just about anyone and usually has the patience to tolerate a wide variety of sometimes conflicting personalities. While on the surface quite friendly and outgoing, Amy often keeps her distance from others on a private level since she rarely has the time to form long-lasting friendships.

Amy hails from a somewhat backwards barbarian village with a prominent fishing tradition. While she spent most of her life there, she left a handful of years ago with some of her peers to make a name for herself in the wide world. The fact that Amy's tribe had suffered greatly from inner strife and turmoil over who should be their leader certainly played a great part in her decision to leave. Upon entering more civilized lands, Amy discovered that her rather savage appearance didn't exactly make it easy to befriend the locals, but as she soon learned, "there's always someone who needs someone else's teeth knocked out". She found employ rather easily as a bodyguard to a travelling salesman, which ended rather abruptly when said salesman accidentally zapped himself to death with some of his own ("reliable") magic merchandise. Since then, Amy has visited a variety of locales and accepted further jobs with the city watch and at seedy bars (as a bouncer). She got fired from both for hitting people too early and too hard. As she would later point out, these were city customs with which she was 'not exactly familiar'. Not particularly content to let this stop her, Amy has been visiting bars and inns again, looking for any kind of (mercenary) work she could help with.
