Glynelde is 40, plump, and bustling, Her dishwater blonde hair is dulled by gray streaks. Her eyes are light blue, and her brows are naturally in a surprised arch. Her nose is rather snub, and she smiles often. Of course, her mouth is also often pursed in disapproval. Her feet are small, and she almost trots as she moves energetically around.

She bustles both mentally and physically. She tends to mother mages and anyone she feels is weak or sickly, almost bullying them into getting better and taking care of themselves. She follows rules, finding no liking in the messiness of chaos.

Glynelde Morbard grew up in the wizard's college in Neverwinter. Her father was on the staff, researching metamagic, and she kept house for him as she grew up. One day he clutched at his arm and died, and the mages and clerics determined that no hostile magic had caused it. She was given a position as housemother to a dormitory of young mages of the college, caring for them as they studied and grew. She was surrounded by magic and mages, but had no real aptitude for the arcane. But her training and background drew her to the faith of Azuth, as the protector of mages rather than magic, and she was eventually drawn into the priesthood, though she was considerably less martial than many priests. She became an adventurer, working with others to protect the Weave and the practitioners of magic throughout the North.
