Rynth Carn, warrior by trade. He was born in a moderately sized town to a carpenter and spent most of his youth helping his father, James. Rynth never knew his mother as she passed away in child birth leaving Rynth an only child and James Carn a single parent. Through this time, James taught his son to be considerate of others and to always be fair in his dealings; these lessons would follow Rynth where ever he went. When Rynth came of age he joined up with the local militia and did well for his age. He received his basic training there and his first combat experiences against monsters in the surrounding areas. Although numbers were stretched thin and moral ran low throughout the kingdom, Rynth would still find a way to motivate his comrades to at least look like they were helping. With his occupation and treatment of others Rynth was generally well liked by his hometown. This style of life continued until Rynth was 26. That year he met a group of adventures and was introduced to a new style of living which he found intriguing. He was not ready to give up the life he had carved for himself but nonetheless would begin to dream about life on the road. These delusions of grandeur would end, however, when he and a few other guards were called to inspect a local disturbance. When he arrived on the scene he found the same adventuring party he had met half a year ago slaughtered by some unknown force. This taught him a valuable lesson that he held close about the dangers of such a lifestyle. That night he put aside all fancies of being an adventurer. Alas, every story must have an alas. One night Rynth returned home and found his father lying in a pool of his own blood, murdered. After hours of searching late into the night Rynth and his fellow guardsmen could find no sign of the murderer. That night Rynth did not sleep and as soon as the sun rose he gathered what gear he had and turned in his resignation to the guard. He was to go hunting for his father's killer. All Rynth found was merely a description of an odd fellow named Damian who stayed at an inn not far from his house. This character had paid to stay the night but left after dark and never returned to his room. With this thread of knowledge Rynth set out. Several months passed and the trail grew cold, Rynth had gone without much encounters and found himself merely wandering the land. A sorrowful night passed as he realized he had no leads, no place to go, and not even a guess as to why someone would want his father dead. Choosing not to go back, Rynth decided it would be better to stay a wanderer and keep away from the pain memories might bring. Over the next few months he would dedicate himself to helping those in need... slowly becoming the adventurer he swore he wouldn't.
