Directing Inspiration Heroic Tier Prerequisite: Warlord, inspiring word power Benefit: When you use inspiring word, the target gains either a +1 bonus to attack rolls with ranged or area attacks or a +1 bonus to all defenses against ranged or area attacks. The bonus lasts until the end of your next turn.
