Nothing romantic. - Her dad owns 2 successful fast food places. Gift Lists: Half Moon, Insight, Warding Auspice Ability: Spirit Envoy. An Elodoth automatically gains two dice to any Empathy, Expression, Persuasion or Politics roll made to negotiate with spirits. This bonus does not apply to rolls made to threaten or bully spirits. The Elodoth is expected to offer the proper words and appeasement, demonstrating his ability to perceive the issue from the spirits side as well. //

Tessa's childhood wasn't very unique: She lived with her Mom and Dad in Colorado. They were loving parents that overworked themselves to the point of near-neglecting her. But, not in an emo way; they usually did their best to make time for her, and usually alternated time with her so much people often thought her parents were divorced or something. But, after her mom had a career-destroying incident at the hospital, she had more time with her adorable (though sluggish) little girl. Ironically, it was her mother spending more time with her that made things worse for her. Tessa gradually inherited her mother's short-temper and penchant for violence, even if it was rather latent beneath her sleepy exterior. When she started getting into fights at school her parents found it hard to believe, but eventually signed her up for Martial Arts lessons to vent her 'excess energy'... Come to find out, her passion turned out to be fighting, as well as running track. These seemed to bring out the energetic, competitive, happy child that her parents considered 'normal'. What kind of person are you? Tessa seems very tired and aloof, but she can be very friendly and energetic (in a tired sort of way). When she plays sports (especially track) she seems to have all the energy in the world [think sleepy-terminator-run]. She will do her best to help others, and is surprisingly pugnacious, even if she does initially try to talk herself out of it. It should be mentioned that Tessa is rather unobservant. In terms of friends she has plenty, though tends not to get too close. Not because she is a loner, but sometimes she can be a general kill-joy at times. You know, when she's not interested. And when she is interested she can be somewhat offputting. What experiences with the supernatural have you had? Well, there was her transformation, I guess... It took her a while to realize that her shifting wasn't some weird dream or party-induced illusion. And after that her parents up and moved, so she didn't have much time to experience supernatural in Colorado... What was your First Change like? When Tessa changed, she had just finished a track meet. While she loved track, she wasn't necessarily a first-prize winner. In fact she lost terribly. Tessa was raised with the whole 'you-participated-so-you-win' mentality, but that day it didn't quite sit right with her. At all. She sat in the locker room, long after the meet was over. Her parents weren't looking for her because they were conveniently preoccupied with something Shi didn't decide on yet. The next thing Tessa knew, she was out on the field running laps. No matter how fast she ran, she didn't feel fast enough. She kept replaying her loss in her mind's eye over and over. Yet the distance between her and the pack kept expanding and expanding. Her legs kept her moving as her mind lost track of what lap she was on. All she saw was that they were leaving her behind. Her consciousness kept shifting from feeling the turf beneath her feet to literally tearing up the track as she fought to catch up. Her pants were swapped with snarls every so often. And as she finally found herself catching up, she gave into the impulse to lunge, tackling the lead runner to the ground, biting at his legs and fueled by the desire to 'fix' her inability to compete with him. WHELP turned out she kind of made a security guard have to retire early with no legs and some insanity to deal with. With the report of wild, savage animals on the loose in the city (the media blew the incident out of proportion), her family packed up and moved to a new place, to start fresh without fear of rabies. Her dad, already an accomplished businessman and entrepreneur opened up some fast food chains in Naperville. Who taught you what you are? Track Coach, after they moved to Naperville (he was the one that suggested they move there). Mostly so he could keep an eye on Tessa/help her. Do you retain any connections to your mortal life? She still lives with her family, is an only child, and is known on several online gaming communities as "NyquilReaper" How was your pack formed? When a man loves a woman... What motivates you? Mostly the desire to find stuff that is interesting, not dying, and fighting things. She doesn't really care about impressing people, but if people like her then cool beans.
