Personality / Description
Katrina's combat style is acrobatic and speedy, focused on high jumps and tumbling that allow her to strike quickly from an unexpected angle. Magically she goes in for flashy spells, punctuating her attacks with bright displays of light and dramatic incantations. When using Blades, Katrina favors long swords that are balanced for use in either one hand or both. When using Reach weapons, Katrina favors heavy lances and long spears, in much the same fashion as Dragoons. When using Arcane weapons, although she is competent at using long staffs, she prefers the use of Magitek guns (with the Gemini propery to make them Ranged weapons as well). When using Shields, Katrina favors small bucklers and heavy bracers on her left arm; basically, any defensive equipment that leaves her hand free. When using Light Armor, Katrina prefers magically enhanced evening wear, with short, loose skirts and long sleeves. When using Medium Armor, Katrina favors utilitarian outfits and uniforms that protect without sacrificing her mobility at all. The Espers that Katrina would get along particularily well with include Chocobo, Siren, and Shiva.

Shinespark, Level 1 Limit Current Damage: Two Hits, Lightning Elemental: [DEX*4] + 2d6 Effects: Attack: Weapon (+2 Ranks of weapon damage, 3 points), Elemental: Lightning (1 point), Multiattack (2 hits in sequence, 6 points), Movement: Self (Move a medium range while performing this attack, 2 point), Movement: Target (Knock the target back a short range on successful attack, 1 point), Backfire (25% chance of damaging Katrina instead of the target, -3 points) Description: Katrina leaps high into the air with a backflip and uses a Thunder spell to launch herself at her enemy with incredible speed. Surrounded by an electrical corona, she smashes into her foe, then slashes at it with her weapon to knock her target away. If she doesn't time her jump and spell just right, though, all she accomplishes is blasting herself into the ground with a Thunder spell at high speed.
