This kind of refers to my star wars statement I made. I know I could make some badass fighter with a devil fruit, but I want to be bad ass like Zoro but in my own way. I am trying to achieve greatness and fame, but I want to be able to say that I did it without having to use any devil fruit. Dont get my wrong, Devil fruit is an amazing aspect of One Piece, but the game doesnt revolve around it.

Well, you could always go bad-ass and not use a devil fruit. Take Ryu from Street Fighter for example. He doesn't have super powers, but he can still launch balls of compressed air about and stuff. Hell, there are marines without devil fruit abilities who can leap around the place with soru and all sorts of nifty abilities.

We had a magic user at one point (don't think he used a devil fruit). It was mostly illusions and the like to hide himself away, but he kind of disappeared and we haven't heard from him since (irony in that statement is intentional

).

I apologize if it was stated before. What kind of time frame are we looking at for a yes or no to concepts, building sheets, and beginning the game?

In reverse order, the game already begun I'm just filling the roster. You don't have to worry about building sheets until you're accepted and what now? What do you mean a yes or no to the concepts?

I think he means about how long do we have till you are done accepting? Then when do you want complete character sheets done. A rough time line I guess.

I guess I'm just confused as to how someone would eventually end up in your game. At some point our character concepts are either accepted (Yes make a sheet) or rejected (Don't make a sheet). I was wondering how much longer you would be accepting said concepts before making any decisions to move forward.

Sorry for my confusion. I'm sure I'm making incorrect assumptions.

There's no set deadline. I'm just letting some time pass and see how many I have to choose from before I make any hasty decisions.

Quite new here and this caught my interest. Just tell me what I need to edit since this is a working concept. I'm a bit worried about her being "too useful" this early.

Virtuoso crew would fit her better...considering the "theme" I built around her...

Elise Chausperg was the only child born in Loguetown to star illusionist and hypnotist Nicholas Chausperg and the beautiful drama actress Alison Chausperg. Her mother was fairly unsatisfied that Elise did not inherit many of her distinguishing features, but Nicholas was delighted in her curiosity of the world. She devoured the scripts her mother brought home, and the many books her father had in their personal library.

She spent many of her years in and out of Loguetown either traveling with her mother or with her father and Uncle Solam who was a master at dart throwing and “death defying” acrobatic feats. From him she learned how to throw darts and to fight so that she could help him in his acts that ranged from staging short acrobatic fights to tempting fate with his throwing prowess

Her father and uncle taught her everything they thought was useful whether it be how to start a fire, how to swim, what cloud formations meant rain and so on. Elise found interest in music when she was instructed with the duty of playing the opening music to her father's acts.

Eventually she learned from her father the power of words and sound until eventually her music influenced the crowds' moods, making money-earning easier. However she knew that she would never be as good as her father. He had the ability to completely erase murderous intent with his power.

In Loguetown she did various odd jobs around the city and docks. If she had time to spare, Elise entertained the children with her skills in music, acrobatic stunts and knife throwing accuracy. One day the extent of her hypnotism became obvious when she was absentmindedly playing a marching theme on her flute and children and animals everywhere followed her to listen.

However during her time at Loguetown, there was one thing that always bothered her; what was Gol D. Roger like? She certainly heard the World Government's perspective, but the winners are the ones who write history, and even the most unlikely heroes arise from the common man. Because of this she wondered what the true tale was...
