Hey guys, I'm N3cr0p4th, feel free to shorten that to whatever's comfortable (N3cr0, Necro, w/e). Right now I'm in the process of moving but I'll be completely free by Monday at the latest. After that I'll have lots of spare time to post although I do like to take my time with things. I'll probably at least see if anything is going on a few times a day. Anyway, here's what I've got thus far;

Aegis of Assault
At Will: Arcane, Teleportation
Minor Action, Close Burst 2
Target - 1 Creature in Burst
Effect: Mark target, remains marked until power is used on another target. If another target is marked by a different power, this target is still marked. Can only be affected by 1 mark at a time. New mark supersedes old mark.

If target doesn't target you for attack it takes -2 penalty for attack rolls. If it hits and is within 10 squares, you can use an immediate reaction to teleport adjacent to it and make a melee basic against it. Can't use if no unoccupied adjacent space.

At Will: Arcane, Teleportation

Target - 1 Creature
Attack: Int vs Fort
Hit: 1d6+Int Mod + Pull target to nearest unoccupied adjacent space.
Spec.: Fails if no empty adjacent space.

Level 4 kept cropping up and I probably slipped.

Also, Necro, you haven't posted your description yet, so I don't know if we actually look like each other or not!

If you went for something like pale, blonde and blue-eyed, then this is one hell of a stupid mess
