It seems redundant when I already have an ability that can dictate someone's every action.

Raise IQ by one, and raise HT by one (or Will by two, if I remember the price correctly; or Will by one and Basic Speed by 0.25). Then grab Acute Hearing, or something like it, with the last two points.

It's part of the general positive health benefit of being a super. :-)

Might raise IQ by one and then sit on the remaining 9 points for now, they will be handy for my Possession.

Can I take multiple Rule of 17 perks (rule of 18, 19, etc)?
