Effect: You mark the target. The target remains marked until you use this power against another target. If you mark other creatures using other powers, the target is still marked. A creature can be subject to only one mark at a time. A new mark supersedes a mark that was already in place.

If your marked target makes an attack that does not include you as the target, it takes a -2 penalty to attack rolls. If that attack hits and the marked target is within 10 squares of you, you can use an immediate interrupt to reduce the damage by an amount equal to 5 + your Constitution modifier.

At 11th level, reduce the damage dealt by 10 + your Constitution modifier. At 21st level, reduce the damage dealt by 15 + your Constitution modifier.

Listed in order of goodness imo.


Belt of Breaching:
Property: When you reduce an enemy to 0 hit points, you can spend a healing surge to regain hit points and then teleport 5 squares.


Blade of the Eldritch Knight:
Critical: 1d6/plus
Property: When you use a standard action to make a melee attack with this blade, your melee reach increases to 5 for that attack


Dimensional Gauntlets:
Slot: Hands
Power (Daily): Minor Action. Until the start of your next turn, your melee reach increases by 1 and you gain threatening reach. If you're wielding the blade of the eldritch knight, your melee reach increases by 2 and you gain threatening reach.


The other 3 items are kinda meh:


Eldritch Medallion:
Slot: Neck
Power (Daily, Teleportation): Immediate Reaction. Trigger: An enemy bloodies you. Effect: You teleport a number of squares equal to the medallion's enhancement bonus.


Rebuking Bracers:
Slot: Arms
Property: When you crit with a melee attack, you can teleport the target 3 squares. If you're wielding the blade of the eldritch knight, the target is also dazed until ENT.



Swift-step Boots:
Property: When you run, you can teleport the last 2 squares of your move (4 squares in epic).


Set bonuses:
When you have 2+ = When you use a teleportation power, you can use a minor action in the same turn to teleport again a number of squares equal to the number of items you have from this set
(MEH) When you have 4+ = When an enemy marked by you triggers your Swordmage Aegis class feature, the next attack against that enemy deals extra damage equal to the number of items you have from this set.
(Yeah right) When you have 6+ = You gain a +1 item bonus to AC while wearing no or light armor.
