You use the [ooc ] [/ ooc] tags for that. It took a bit of getting used to since another PbP site I visit has different board codes for some functions

Two groups is cool. Pace of game does not matter as long as peeps are happy with the flow in my book.

If I take a pair of occupation skills as class skills that later become class skills for me, do I get the +1 competence bonus on them?

I don't think so - you choose the occupation technically at level 1, so it only applies to class skills you gain from your first class.
