Mmm, planning on playing a caster, so I don't really have use for that many high stats. Was really just hoping for one 18, as that was all I needed.

A character I would like to try is an heaking Neutral Good Witch who crafts Helm of opposite aligment and uses Beguiling Gift as a mean of "defeating" enemies(while thinking they are evil).

If you do not like this concept, I can find another one.

Okay, it isn't bad for the average campaign, but given this is a planar flavoring how are you with re-rolling? Looking at the average rolls I didn't even make half the buy-in.
