The Puppetteer

The Puppeteer is a mysterious man, even for his 'colleagues'. Only his archpriest knows exactly how he looks, and he's under divine oath that he will never reveal the secret to anyone. To all others he's just the Puppeteer, an invisible entity which controls the world around you. He can be spoken to, but never directly talks back.

To most people he appears in the form of a small speaking handpuppet. What 'he' looks like depends on the situation, his mood, and what people ask of him.

He is worshipped because he isn't against evil deeds, and doesn't oppose other religions. In fact, he is the only god who actively states that he isn't the ultimate god, and that others are powerful too.

He is worshipped by many, either as a main god, but even more just have a small altar for him in their homes, and though their primary god is another one, he is worshipped too.

His worshippers aren't all that serious, except for a few. They live life on the stream of events. Some take it to the extreme, making luck guide their way,

His people are widespread, among every race, from human to Kashoosh, rebellious Foul, even some merfolk. The only thing that comes close to his own race are a small group (Around 25) living puppets, who travel around and tell people of his believes. They have a free will, they just like doing so.
