No, I mean we like PHYSICAL maps... Designing the map on minecraft would be followed by either printing it or at the least, using it as a reference for a designed encounter.
Again, it would largely only be used for 3D maps. Encounters that involve balconies, multiple storied buildings, airships, etc. etc.
