Determine Base Cost
First determine the base cost of the miracle, this can often be difficult to workout with more fluid miracles and I will determine the level.
Miracles of Innovation create things out of nothing and therefore have a higher belief cost. Innovation miracles are scaled as follows; Trivial (4), Minor (5), Significant (6), Major (7), Legendary (8)
Miracles of Alteration use what already exists as a part of the miracle and are therefore easier to cast. Alteration Miracles are scaled as follows; Trivial (2), Minor (3), Significant (4), Major (5), Legendary (6)
Next we determine the multiplier cost.
Instant(+0), One Conflict or one week (+1), One Season/Three Months (+2), One Year (+3), Permanent (+5)
Within your Primary Domain (-2), Within your Secondary Domain (-1)
In Harmony with Miracle Style (-1), In Balance with Miracle Style (+0), In Opposition to Miracle Style (+1)
Within a territory you or your tribe controls (+0), In a location no God controls (+1), In a location a God or his followers control (+2)
One Person (+0), A Household or 10 people (+1), A Village or 100 people (+2), A Territory or 1,000 people (+3), A Nation or 10,000 people (+4), A Continent or 100,000+ People (+5)
The Multiplier number can never fall below +1.
Once the two numbers are determined, multiply them together to workout the miracles total belief cost.
