This game will be centered around Casipa in the year 608 AR. Times are hard and the threat of war is ever present, but life goes on. The common folk don’t have the time to worry about border wars or occupied Llael. You are too busy trying to pry the gold crown from the cold dead hands of your latest victim or collect enough bounty money to pay off your gambling debt and eat a warm meal. The City of Walls is an enormous place and you are just another soul trying to make it through the week by whatever means necessary.
You’ve been mucking around with this crew of four for a few months now, making a living fighting crime, protecting the innocent, and bringing in bounty heads. Business has been slow but you’ve been getting by. The last bounty you brought in kept your crew afloat for a few weeks but now cash is running low and its time to get back to work. Luckily one of your contacts with the watch has sent you an urgent message, asking for a meeting with the promise of giving your crew the first word on a hefty new bounty.
Your gang has been muscling the locals, performing minor heists, and making a name for yourselves the past few months. After overthrowing one of your local rivals and taking over their gang members you took a few weeks to set up a larger hideout and make accommodation for your new affiliates. Surprisingly your recent success has gained the attention of a wealthy noble that has requested your gang’s assistance in stealing an item for him.
