Development Opportunities

Awesome, Chunky. I would love to see what you can do. Any level you prefer is fine.

Thanks!

Well seeing as the well is below a town (?), I would imagine nothing over 7th level; in my opinion it would be a little unbelievable to have a 15+ level beastie right underneath a town...

(Please forgive my lack of knowledge; I have not had the opportunity to read the campaign setting in detail. I will educate myself as soon as possible. :))

No, it's not below a town; it's just a cavern complex from which a river issues. The assumption is that the river comes straight from the plane of water. THe river never lowers its level in times of drought.

And this project is perfect for you. I haven't made up any more about the Endless Well than that, and it has had little historical bearing that I know of, so you don't need to know alot about the world to make it up.

Here's the map, although it looks like you have already found it:

Great! :)

I almost have a skeleton of the cave complex done, would you like to see it?

I've used the map making program AUTOrealm.

Here is the map...

Some of the detail has been lost due to the size. When I get round to writing the campaign in more detail, I'll seperate the map into several sections.

Just a quick update Farland, I've finished a basic version of the map here it is...

Section 1 (http://img266.echo.cx/img266/7070/theendleswellsection1copy3rm.jpg)
Section 2 (http://img266.echo.cx/img266/2927/theendleswellsection2copy4pc.jpg)
Section 3 (http://img266.echo.cx/img266/5030/theendleswellsection3copy7tz.jpg)

Cross-section of the caves.

I'm not the most computer literate person in the world. At the moment I'm trying to figure out how to combine word documents with pics so I can begin writing the adventure.

Do you know of any other programs that might be better suited for writing up and presenting an adventure?

Ps- Again, the maps have lost some detail because they have been scaled down slightly.

Chunk, it looks really good so far. I would say just go ahead and do the text part in a word file and I will put it in presentation format for release on the site (with all credit going to you, of course). :)

Can't wait to see the finished product.
