Novice Umbral Conquest - Forbidden Graveyard

"I'm agreeing with the gunners on this one." Gavrin assented as he moved up to point again, just behind the radius of light afforded by Evangeline's orb. He kept his spears ready as the party moved along.

"So what'd you find, Trisk?" The spear-user turned his head a bit to ask the fighter, having not quite heard her earlier as he was busy with his own thoughts.

Trisk looks at Gavrin. "A metal-mirror-stand-thing. I don't know, maybe you can figure out more?"

Gavrin stops where he is and turns around to face his party members. "Do you guys mind if we turn around and look at that mirror Trisk found?" He asks them. "I think it might be important." He paused in thought for a second then brought up a finger to enumerate. "For one, if it is a mirror, then we might be able to get more light around in this musty place." He lifted another finger. "For another, because of said more light, we might have an advantage against the ghoul which is weak against light." He gestured towards the room where the party came from. "Judging by the state that room is in, those claw marks, and everything else about this creepy place, we just might need all the advantages we can get." He justified his intended action yet it was obvious from his tone and his expression that he was mighty curious of the mirror-stand.

"Okay, I guess," Alicia said shrugging. Walking near the mirror and examining it herself as well as making faces at the surface. "Wonder what it does..." she wondered out loud trying to think of something they can use it for.

Shooter takes a look at the mirror-like object, examining it closely. He proceeds to ask his teammates as well. "Well, I don't see anything yet... anyone else know what it's good for?"

Gavrin followed his partymates' leads and went up to the mirror-stand. "I wonder what it's for." He looked at the mirror-stand, taking in its details, looking for anything unusual (5,5) about it, and trying to find clues as to what it was for. (2,2)

Concentrating, the spear-user cleared his mind of excess thoughts and focused on the mirror-stand before him. (5,4) He tried his hardest to figure out what a mirror could be doing in such a dark place.
