Who ya gonna call? These dudes!

Ghostbuster

These individuals are warriors trained to go after incorporeal creatures who plague the material plane and it's denizens.

The easiest path to becoming a Ghostbuster is to take five levels of Cleric or Paladin, though members of most any class can qualify for it.

Prerequisites:
Alignment: Any good
BAB: +3
Skills: Knowledge (Religion) 8 ranks, Knowledge (The Planes) 3 ranks
Spellcasting: Able to cast 1st level Divine spells
Proficiencies: Must be proficient with at least one martial weapon

Class Skills:
Bluff, Concentration, Diplomacy, Gather Information, Heal, Knowledge (Religion), Knowledge (The Planes), Listen, Profession (Ghost Hunter), Sense Motive, Spellcraft.
Skill Points per level: 4+int

Hit Die: d8
Saving throws: Good Fort and Will
BAB: As Cleric

Class Abilities
Armor and Weapon Proficiencies: A Ghostbuster gains no new weapon or armor proficiencies.

Spells per Day/Spells known: Ghostbusters continue to progress as a spellcaster, if they already have levels of a Divine casting class. Every time a character with levels in a Divine casting class gains a level of Ghostbuster, they gain an increase to their spells per day and spells known, if applicable, as if they had gained a level in the class that granted their Divine spellcasting ability. If a Ghostbuster level is gained, and the character has more than one Divine casting class, they must choose which class to apply this bonus to.

Turn Undead: A Ghostbuster possesses the ability to Turn undead, in the same way a good cleric can. If the character already has levels of a class that grants the ability to Turn undead, then levels of Ghostbuster stack for all Turning related purposes.

Smite Ghost: Starting at level 1, a Ghostbuster can, once per day, make a special Smite attack against an incorporeal foe. They add their Charisma modifier to the attack roll, and if their attack hits, they add their Ghostbuster level to the damage dealt. If the Ghostbuster already has a Smite ability (from Paladin levels, or the Destruction domain, for example), Ghostbuster levels stack to determine damage dealt with all Smite abilities. At third level, and again at fifth, a Ghostbuster gains one additional daily use of their Smite Ghost ability.

Ghost Touch (Ex): Ghostbusters are specially trained to be able to strike their chosen foes. Any weapon a Ghostbuster wields is treated as though under the effect of a Ghost Touch enchantment for purposes of determining if it affects incorporeal creatures.

Advanced Learning (Ex): At second level, and again at fourth, a Ghostbuster gains access to spells that are more effective against incorporeal creatures. The Ghostbuster selects one spell from any spell list that has the Force descriptor, and adds it to their list of available spells. For casters who prepare their spells, they still have to prepare it normally, it simply allows them to prepare that spell, in addition to any others they may have. For spontaneous casters, it adds the chosen spell to their list of spells known.

Improved Ghost Touch: At fifth level, a Ghosthunter achieves the pinnacle of their training in taking on incorporeal creatures. Any spell cast by a Ghostbuster on an incorporeal creature does not incur the normal 50% miss chance normally brought about by non-Force spells.

First of all - Ha! Ghostbusters. Hilarious.

Anyways, a few things - I would recommend giving them a good Foritude save. Ghosts have a few effects that require Fortitude saves, and both clerics and paladins have good Fortitude saves, so why not Ghostbusters?

A second point - what is the Ghostbuster's Base Attack Bonus? You list what it requires, but not what it receives; Fighter, Cleric or Wizard?
