The background rings much more bells with me than the actor or his costume(which is ridiculous because that outfit definitely stands out; crazy silver epaulets, black scarf with shinies, infinity insignia - so much to go on but nothing for me). In particular, the semi out of focus items over his left shoulder are tickling my senses...
