The youngest son of a minor noble, Rogmar always knew his lot in life would be to work for a living. All the solace he could find from the push and pull of his family's attempted political renewal was in nature, and soon after coming of age, he left the city and entered apprenticeship under an experienced dwarven hunter. Taking a liking to the crossbow, Rogmar dedicated himself to exploring it's elegant lethality and technical complexity. Almost as soon as his love of hunting and exploring were cemented, Rogmar's master suddenly disappeared, the wanderlust of a nomadic life apparently overwhelming his obligations to his new student. Rogmar followed suit, no longer content with the wilderness immediately around his city, he set out for parts unknown, to learn and grow.
