Hey Random only one of your first level HD is max. You have to roll for the other one. Sorry I wasn't very clear on that!

Looks like a classic Fighter, Cleric, or Magic User with those stats, and that gold should have a decimal point shift to the right: 1800 gp, not 180.

I think the dice gods demand a dwarf.

Final questions: 1. do bonuses from prime requisites apply to starting xp? (i.e. 10% = 5501 starting XP?)
2. Can dwarves ride warhorses? (Need some way to spend that 1800 gp)
3. Can clerics purchase or create scrolls and holy water, and if so, at what cost?

1.) Yes! Yes they do!
2.) You only get standard starting gold 180gp to equip. Then the selected party will divide the treasure that was listed. Basically consider you have been having a lot of fun with the gold you have acquired up to this point, and just trained with is pretty costly. But yes I don't really have a problem with a dwarf riding a horse. He just probably wont want to fight from it.
3.) Yes they can. I will have to look at the rules and get back to you on this one.
