The Point being that 70 points for the rest of the character is not easy to do.
For the most part I was thinking about making what would basically amount to a police officer in stats. (A good police officer/Military Officer) And then just attaching the Immunity 80 to it.
So mostly using firearms and unarmed. Not even getting near the Damage/Attack Maximum.
Would still be pretty easy to 'take down'
Gas, Willpower attacks, snare and what not.

As for back story I was thinking of a character who saw to much, was killed. (Or attempted to be killed) by the people doing the deed. (Military or Police) And got powers because of it, and went on a Punisher-esc Revenge spree after that. Killing most the people involved and maybe taking the blame for a good amount of what happened.

If the total Immunity to Toughness is a Issue that's cool.
I can just use the 80 points for toughness/Impervious/Density. Something to the like to make my self a very 'luke cage' type character. (I know that's Marvel, but it was the best example I can come up with) But in my experience that might actually give me overall better results.

May also be ineterested in a Lady Shiva Type Character.
I am interested in this, as it certainly seems like an interesting idea with some unique roleplay, I have a slight issue.
I'm pretty new to MnM, barely having done more with it than create a few characters a year or so ago, and play out one combat which I didn't quite understand the mechanics of well enough either. So if you are willing to accept a newbie, then I would love to sign up.
I've decided to work up my gunmaster mercenary and i was converting an old concept to DCA from 2e and i've never actually had to make much of a character with DCA before. Are Devices still handled the same way? (3 points for easily removable, 4 for Hard to remove, per 5pp granted?)
I have most things done, actually, and its not an overly complex character, but since he mostly relies on his pistols and his suit for protection (and his innate regeneration), Devices are sort of important
Yes, but the only real difference is that now it's a "Flaw". It's called "Removable", and for +1/5 PP you can make the item indestructible. (iow: a Hard to Remove item would be 1 for 1 cost, but an 'Easily Removed', aka Disarmable, item with it would be 5 for 4.)
I don't have much done in the way of sheets done. But I can stat a character in number 10 minutes.
So just really waiting for a little feed back on character ideals. And thinking of what I would do for story line on each of the characters.
So, to clarify. A device is just a power as in 2e and grants you 5pp to use to build the device and costs;
4pp/rank [Hard to Remove] - Like a suit, or armour, or things like that.
3pp/rank [Easy to Remove] - Such as something that can be disarmed, like guns.
If the device is indestructible, it just costs +1 (basically making it an extra because it is reducing the flaw's effect by 1) So an easy to remove (-2) Device that is also indestructible would cost 4pp/rank.
Cool, i'll have something up pretty soon so it can get a once over so i can be sure i haven't done anything silly. The whole.. stats actually meaning something thing is new to me.

Inscribed was correct, an "Easy to Remove" would cost 3/Rank, and it would be a Flat one-time 1 pt. cost to make it Indestructible. Just remember that's on the item as a whole, not any of the powers the item has. Think of it as: 4 pts. for 1st Rank, 3 for every one after.
I see, so it is more like a power feat, than a flaw/extra.
For example, an Indestructible sword at rank 4 would cost 13pp [3pp/rank for 12, then +1 for Indestructible]
This means that the sword can't be broken, though it would not affect any of the powers it had, So if it was a magical sword that shot fire and lightning, Indestructible has nothing to do with that, just whether you can damage the sword.
Doesn't really affect me since i'm more worried about guns and honestly, if they get busted then they should be replaceable, but its good to know, thanks.
I'm hoping to get the sheet - such as it is - up very soon
