I see, so it is more like a power feat, than a flaw/extra.
For example, an Indestructible sword at rank 4 would cost 13pp [3pp/rank for 12, then +1 for Indestructible]
This means that the sword can't be broken, though it would not affect any of the powers it had, So if it was a magical sword that shot fire and lightning, Indestructible has nothing to do with that, just whether you can damage the sword.
Doesn't really affect me since i'm more worried about guns and honestly, if they get busted then they should be replaceable, but its good to know, thanks.
I'm hoping to get the sheet - such as it is - up very soon
"Normal Guns" are stated out and should be purchased using the "Equipment" Advantage. If you take the guns as a "Power", then they're special and far more than what a "Normal" gun is.

I suppose it depends on how special something has to be before its a Power and not just a gun. The key thing is i wanted something with some other options, and also some way to make the guns special in the sense that they may do more damage, or have special ammunition, or be rifled differently, and so on.
I just meant more in the sense that i couldn't see a reason why said guns would be indestructible. Not irreplaceable, indestructible guns, but specially tooled, unique, custom guns all the same.
I'd just make the gun as a power, and run it by the GM, and let him decide if it's equipment or not. But generally, if it's just a slightly more damaging gun, with some special bullets, it's probably just equipment. If it can shoot exploding bulllets, freezing bullets, poisoned bullets and so forth, it is starting to sound like a Device.
Its a sound plan. I'll just run through it and see what it comes out with and see how it looks. Looking at my plans it isn't even so much what the gun can do, but what he can do with it. I'm looking at ricochet, Slow (leg shots) along with HV and Explosive rounds and so on, things he can do WITH his superior weapons and superhuman abilities as well as the weapons being superior, which are often easier with a Power than Equipment and trying to do it all with feats. Even simply things like AoE attacks for full-auto and autofire and on and on.
Mind you i'm looking at a 2e sheet that is going to have to be made into a 3e character.
Well, I am still fishing for ideas. I feel this might take some time, so I am just wondering how long you plan on advertising?
Till around the 25th.

I generally agree here. If the gun itself is the origin of any special properties, beyond mundane ones, then it begins to fall into the domain of device.
If the character is the one using the gun to great effect, with perfectly placed shots and so on, then I would generally reflect that in the stats in skills.
The Point being that 70 points for the rest of the character is not easy to do.
For the most part I was thinking about making what would basically amount to a police officer in stats. (A good police officer/Military Officer) And then just attaching the Immunity 80 to it.
So mostly using firearms and unarmed. Not even getting near the Damage/Attack Maximum.
Would still be pretty easy to 'take down'
Gas, Willpower attacks, snare and what not.

As for back story I was thinking of a character who saw to much, was killed. (Or attempted to be killed) by the people doing the deed. (Military or Police) And got powers because of it, and went on a Punisher-esc Revenge spree after that. Killing most the people involved and maybe taking the blame for a good amount of what happened.

If the total Immunity to Toughness is a Issue that's cool.
I can just use the 80 points for toughness/Impervious/Density. Something to the like to make my self a very 'luke cage' type character. (I know that's Marvel, but it was the best example I can come up with) But in my experience that might actually give me overall better results.

May also be ineterested in a Lady Shiva Type Character.
If you want to do something similar to Luke Cage, I would ask that you go down the route of simulating that power-set through a combination of other powers, rather then just dumping 80 points into Immunity - Toughness.
The background itself is a good core concept for the power set, but I'd need to see more before I could really give you any feedback.
K no problem, That was why I was asking, Wile I have played with some one using the 'Juggernaut' immunity set up, and its really a little less impresive then it might seam, it is something that the GM has to keep in mind allot in the game So I can see your point.
So Ya I can some up with something in a little bit.
Thank's for the feedback.
Hmm.. In hind sight wile looking around in the game mechanics. I might just make a Apokoliptian. Maybe even a former Fury, Follow in the 'large' foot steps of Barda.
If for no other reason then, I think the 'got killed and thrown into a vat' has been done.
