You must be a mom to think like that. :-)

Speaking of dealing with goblins and children, maybe Moltok should pick up a sap...

Never had kids of my own but I am an aunt to 5 wonderful adults who were, when very young, much easier to deal with if they could sometimes do a lot of running around together.

As to goblins, I figure a little food to bribe them with might help as well.

Add a winterblanket for Dogan.

The Captain said he was covering travel expenses. Does that include food for the goblins as well as the PCs?

Aside: Will a single donkey to carry supplies be an issue with our escort?

If Moltok has to carry a tent, he'll be just into encumbered.

I think he'll buy one anyway and carry it over his shoulder and drop it if anything bad happens - one hand on tent, one on greataxe.

For Dogan, he will be encumbered - might strap it to my eidolon though.

Travel expense covers passage to the point where you start which is deep in Irrisen and the return trip back safely to Absalom once you complete your mission. Food will be provided for the goblins once you meet with Ragna at the capture point. Everything else you think you need for the trip will need to be purchased before you get there or you'd need to forage.

As far as those that know about goblins, Donkeys are seen with indifference if not unfriendliness by goblins (they do kinda look like horses) the climate though might not be too kind for them.

Why not, anew use for an eidolon, and yes, goblins like horses, roasted.
