The Mausoleum

Arial draws another bolt from her thigh mounted boltcase and loads it into her light crossbow. Raising the crossbow as she turns back towards the open doorway ready to shoot any pesky flying bugs that may exit. Her focus was sharp enough to pick out a tiny flying creature

Precise Shot [General]

Prerequisite: Point Blank Shot.

Benefit: You can shoot or throw ranged weapons at an opponent engaged in melee without taking the standard -4 penalty on your attack roll.

Special: A fighter may select Precise Shot as one of his fighter bonus feats.

without distraction even when her allies passed infront of her.

Stilgar Tuek

Stilgar steps over to stand by Liarra, where the creatures seems to be swarming.

"Ugh, these things seem to get bigger every season don't they?" Stilgar says, obviously revulsed.

Poisied with axe hefted above his head, he stands ready to swat the next bug that crosses his path.

Liarra yelled in frustration as she slapped at the creatures around her. "This isn't working! We have to back away, let them come to us! We can't strike at them behind those things!"

The combined attacks and venom finally overwhelms even the staunch defenses of the monk's body. Coughing, Liarra felt the energy drain out from her. She stumbled back away even further, waiting with her weapon to strike any wasp coming near her.

The warrior moves alongside Liarra, draws her longsword and readies an attack in case the wasps get within range.

Liarra's training has warded her from the wasps' harmful poison up to this point, but when three of the mechanical creatures sting her at once, the dose the is affected with is too strong for her to cope with and she feels the poison in her veins hurt her body's

The remaining three readies attacks to strike the creatures if they come within range, but as they all target Stilgar this time, only the dwarf is able to strike at their tiny opponents.

Arial drops her crossbow and unslings her pack as she calls out...

"How about trying and grab the pesky little gnats out of the air... and put them within a sack"

Pulling a sack from her pack Arial dangles it suggestively hoping to influence everyone to rush in and grab the last two flying pests.

GrappleThey only get 1 AoO each per round unless they have combat reflexes... which means if we all try it only 2 of us get AoO's against us and the other 2 get a grapple try guaranteed... easy task to grapple and pin with size mods

"Let's just contain them in the room," Dana suggests. "We're wasting time fighting bugs when we could be going down that corridor and getting to the true bottom of this town's problems."

"They seem to be guarding whatever is in the room... maybe the Necromancer put them there for a reason" Arial responds.

"Possible," Dana replies, accepting Arial's logic. "Or they want to draw us in for a trap. Stilgar, don't attack them, just defend yourself and look around. See anything worth guarding?"

If you use your attack to defend yourself completely, you get a +4 dodge to your AC.
