Haku was orphaned at a young age by an attack of a rival nation due to the ever growing unease that plagues the land. A medic of that rival nation discovered the kitsune in a pile of rubble as he searched for others of his own army. Unable to turn away someone in need, he took the boy in and eventually adopted him. Haku was given his first name as a sign of respect for where he came from, with little else known about his family aside from trinkets and items that his human father recovered along with the boy. He grew up with a simple life and was greatly cared for, but quickly learned to hide his kitsune side from the judging eyes of others and to lie when needed. When he grew older he was given the heirlooms of his first family and told the truth about his past. He took it with his trademark stride and laughed it off, but he understood now why he never felt like he belonged there. Aside from a light suit of armor and some other things, he was given a ring with a fox engraved on the inside. The moment he put them on he felt his hidden powers awaken and finally decided to strike it out on his own. With the road calling to him and the stars to guide him, he looked to Desna for some guidance and set forth on his adventure! Unfortunately, or perhaps fortunately for him, while he was adventuring with a party and fighting some wizard, he ended up sent to another plane because of the wizard's spell. Now he is trying to figure out where he is and perhaps make a name for himself while he's at it.

A tall and elegant man that holds himself proudly. Youthful good looks are things this human has it spades, along with unique amber eyes to go with his dirty blonde hair. Always looking good whenever he can, he typically wears black silken breeches that go down to his ankles. He wears soft leather shoes and a billowy white shirt. On top of that is armor made of articulated black metal plates held together by fabrics. It covers his chest, goes around his back and forms an armored skirt. Around his waist is a purple silk sash that ties in the back to look like a tail.

True Form:
It's rare that he shows his true form. It made it easier to interact with some, but sometimes hints of his true form pop out when he's angry. Without the disguise he looks like a very attractive humanoid fox. He's covered in a downy auburn coat with white in all the areas you'd expect a fox to have them. His claws look sharp, but not as sharp as his teeth.

Charming and a little full of himself would be the best way to describe him. He might insult you, but he'll do it in the nicest way he can and add compliments to throw you off. He's very well meaning and loyal to his friends, but he can also be a bit of a trouble maker and prankster. Fun loving and dedicated to his craft as he searches for companions that can match him in either personality or abilities. Though the latter he thinks won't happen.

Nisha is the daughter of the sorceress Carmilla the Sanguineous, a human, whose mystic ties to orcish and abyssal bloodlines have made it possible for her to rule over a clan of orcs for decades beyond the bounds of civilization. As a self-proclaimed conduit to the clan’s demonic patrons Carmilla has guided them to her own ends, most of which she hasn’t shared even with Nisha. Because of her mother’s status and her own obvious ties with the abyss Nisha received special treatment growing up. The clan considered her presence as a blessing bestowed by the dark gods and while she wasn’t an orc she was still clan. Even as a child Nisha had exceptional physical attributes and, at her mother’s behest, she trained alongside the warriors of the clan learning to hunt and fight as they did. The clan’s demon worshipping ways had long since influenced their practices and even infused their greatest warriors with dark blessings and Nisha was no exception. Early on her horns became sharper when she allowed the battle rage to overcome her and in time her nails sharpened into talons which she learned to rend opponents with in keeping with the fighting style of the clan. Though her mother wished to emphasize Nisha’s war training she also included lessons of the world, bringing tutors and experts from the civilized world to broaden her daughter’s education. Once she reached a point her mother deemed acceptable Nisha was sent off to see the world first hand, for better or worse, and was not to return for ten years. What Nisha experience or endured is a tale unto itself, but when she returned the young woman was transformed. Where she was once a simple girl and competent fighter now stood a hardened, lethal weapon with a mind just as sharp and who was no longer blind to what she was or how the world truly was. Carmilla seeing the crucial component of her long-game had finally completed has set in motion the next phase. Having foreseen the event that would lead to a new realm Carmilla had long planned to take advantage of the situation and thus sent her finely crafted weapon as her emissary to pave the way to conquest. How and when that will be still remains to be seen, the dark sorceress bids her time for now waiting to send forth her orcs and demons into this new world.

Nisha is almost courtly in her social interactions, polite and even flirty at times, though it can be tinged with a cruel streak as well. In battle she is vicious and fierce, stalking her prey and slaughtering them mercilessly. What’s more frightening is that she doesn’t use weapons preferring to feel the hot blood on her hands as her claws tear open wounds and the salty taste on her lips when she bite down on her prey’s throat. More than a little feral at times Nisha does have a strict code of ethics and won’t break it without cause. Those who have spent time in her company know her word is binding and she keeps her promises, though folks often have the devil of a time dealing with her if they feel cheated since she can twist the truth to her own ends without expressly lying in the process.
