Something a lot of people disregard about optimization is the idea of 'can it be done? can it be done well?' Taking a unusual (Or just considered to be weak) idea, and making it kick just as much ass as the traditional builds, or possibly even more. The intellectual challenge can be riveting. Given enough time and levels with Heiko (level 27 is where it really takes off here), and certain pokemon, she could be very, VERY scary in a pokemon battle. But she is at her core a support character, and unlike most other builds of mine, she was made with the personality and such first, instead of finding an interesting mechanic and rationalizing the character around the build and competencies.
