hey does anyone know a base class or PrC other than bladesinger that gives AC bonus based on your int?

Factotum or Monk+Kung Fu Genius. Actually, just play Factotum because you're every class anyway.

I do question their choices of feats, why would a melee specialist take 2 missile feats as preq, anyone know or i am missing something?

Duelist 1, capped by class level.
Eternal Blade 6 (ToB), as swift action vs. 1 foe.
Iaijustu Master 1 (OA), when unarmored & wielding a katana.

Bladesinger, Factotum and Invisible Blade have been mentioned.

Duelist should be avoided like the plague.

Mostly because Invisible Blade is a Placeholder class for players going into Master Thrower, or it's a follow-up class that Master Throwers take.

Actually it's mostly because WotC neither understands, edits or even reads their own game about half the time.
