Can this just be 'everyone has the Combat Martial Arts feat'? My reasoning is because it means this feat is 100% useless, unless you need it to qualify for something else. It kind of put melee specialists at a disadvantage.

Also, what sort of levelling scheme can we expect? Will we have timeskips between major events (like the manga/anime) for levelling up and learning/creating new techniques?

I was strongly considering making it that way to begin with, and I think I will go and change it to everyone getting Combat Martial Arts for free.

Though technically the feat does increase damage from 1d3 to 1d4, but eh, sure.

I think for the most part, timeskips are integral to advancing in Narutod20 so you should be able to expect them after most major events, of course its possible that they don't occur all the time.

I'll be going over it every now and then once I get inspiration on how to improve the three big blocks of test. Character sheet is mostly done. You can consider the app essentially done. All the important info is down. I just need to fluff him out some more.

Also, what are your feelings on custom techniques, both created in-game and not?

If you ever feel like having the Lightning Release Armour technique made Joshua I would love to use that and get it some day./ I imagine to to be a rank-15 technique.
