So this is the fact of life, stuff happens sometimes. To save time for my players , and the uncertainty that I may be down a player. I am opening up a 3 day challenge for a level 1 damage dealer, the rules are below in quote and you can look on the forum for further details on setting and what is expected. I do expect to get going the moment the 4th day shows up, but also would like to put out a warning, that if the other player does show up, then the one I choose from here , will be put on emergency back up list.

So to put this in plain speak

Level 1 Emergency Back up Player Recruitment for a non magical damage dealing bit in the party. You may fill in the spot 4 days from now if the other person does not respond, you may play a month from now.

Okay folks, the setting is starting in a mining town, that EVERYONE will come from. Level one, you have the option of starting from the town, from the mines,from a farm, from the forest, or one of the establishments in the city ( Temple, Bar,Store,Wizard Shack,Hunting Lodge). No far away travelers coming to save the day, I encourage folks to pick from something other than just pure human. The optimization level of this group should be just above average, and well below tier 1 going into PRC's that give even more into Teir 0.5.

General character Creation guidelines

Starting Level is 1
Map HP first 3 levels , roll after that
32 point buy, Alignment being neutral and above. If you want to play a evil PRc, talk to me and we will see if we can make it semi positive or at lest Chaotic Neutral at worse. I don't really give a damn about a PRC fluff, and will suit it as needed to make it fun for myself and the player.
Most any god is alright.


Starting gear is what your class gets + 30 extra gold coins
Submission date is November 9th, so gives you a week an half.


Rules Handicap
The enemy will not be allowed to critical hit until players reach level 3, healing potions half off until level 2.

Game Description:
Welcome back to town, even in this shanty lil bit of a shithole, not much can be said. The mining village is exactly what you would expect, hardworking dwarfs, half snobby elves , a few pelt traders from the wilderness, an far away from any large city to bring any real comfort to the area besides for the higher level leaders. The bustle is perfect for a human, with the few temples that were more like mini stone forts. You want morals? Well , maybe somewhere else you would have a better chance, even the young paladins keep their eyes turned away in this communities rough n’ ready. You want a purpose?
