It's all down hill from here mate
Gods help me, but that's one of the funniest things I've seen all week.

Yes.

By the way Ith, try having Morgan do something awesome as your milestone.

Agreed.
Though I wonder what came first, MW or the relationships?
Not to get offtopic though, so >.<

Well, let me answer before you close the question!

Besides, the answer is sort of related to a series of milestones.

The wedding party (except for my mother and daughter) are all members of my gaming group.

My matron of honor (Tila) told me about this awesome PbP site and talked me into joining a game with her. Her husband (Sheridan) joined, my husband joined...

Our full complement of players, including those unable to attend the wedding:

Tila, Sheridan, Galaga, Wonder Woman, isaiah, thebatmanfan, General Barca, Coney Island, and wazzguy. Plus a couple more casually associated with us.

We coordinate our tabletop gaming schedule here, and do between session roleplaying, plotting, and bookkeeping.

Tila, Sheridan, and I all run games here (I run three games) in addition to participating in the tabletop supplemental games. thebatmanfan and I both have forums for our tabletop games.

Yeah, it was pretty funny. Though I think a little bit of me died inside when I read it.

Does double moving count?

Yeah yeah, I know. 20 foot move speeds suck when you have to do a lot of moving, and the teleport shuffle isn't a viable option. Maybe Morgan should attempt to break down the fourth wall and have a word with SB. :P

Hrm...Milestones...

Well, let's see...I'm actually very rarely involved in the gaming aspect of the site...I seem to be cursed as a GM or a player in that if I gm a game, as soon as it starts my life gets crazy and if I play in a game either players vanish or the gm does. .

However, milestones in Wordly, my little domain that I don't think I'll ever be able to fully withdraw from...

Someone mentioned that they loved the threads I started, I realize it's not a huge milestone per se and a bit of a vain comment, but it made me feel good :P.

And having one such thread that I started waaaaaayyy back when the site first started revived was actually pretty cool .

Well I got the opening post to my first game I've DMed in forever up yesterday. So far, everything is running smoothly.

Apart from that, I've got nothin'.

I wish I had something meaningful to say.

But I don't.

OK, yes I do: this is an awesome place. I don't usually have a large clump of free time for FtF gaming, so I'm glad to have found an asynchronous outlet for my RP urges. Myth-Weavers has a great set up, good players, and responsive staff: what more could one want? So here’s to the first of what will hopefully be many thousands of posts.

And to celebrate my 1000th post, here are the lyrics of “The Most Beautiful Girl In The Room” by Flight of the Conchords.

Looking round room,
I can tell that you
Are the most beautiful girl in the...room.
In the whole wide room
Oooh.

And when you're on the street
Depending on the street
I bet you are definitely in the top three
Good looking girls on the street
Depending on the street
And when I saw you at my mate's place
I thought what...is...she...doing...
At my mate's place
How did Dave get a hottie like that to a party like this

Good one Dave!!!
Ohhhh you're a legend, Dave!
I asked Dave if he's going to make a move on you
He's not sure
I said "Dave do you mind if I do?"
He says he doesn't mind
but I can tell he kinda minds
but I'm gonna do it anyway
I see you standing all alone by the stereo

I dim the lights down very low, here we go
You're so beautiful
You could be a waitress
You're so beautiful
You could be an air hostess in the 60s
You're so beautiful
You could be a part...time...model

And then I seal the deal
I do my moves
I do my dance moves
It's twelve oh two
Just me and you
And seven other dudes
Around you on the dance floor
I draw you near
Let's get outta here

Let's get in a cab
I'll buy you a kebab!
Now I can't believe
That I'm sharing a kebab with the most beautiful girl I have ever seen
With a kebab
Ooooooohhh.

Why don't we leave?
Let's go to my house and we can feel each other up on the couch
Oh no. I don't mind taking it slow-ho-ho, no-ho-ho, yeah.

Cause you're so beautiful
Like a tree
Or a high-class prostitute
You're so beautiful
Mmm, you could be a part-time model

But you'd probably have to keep your normal job
A part-time model!
Spending part of your time, modeling,
and part of your time, next to meeeeeeeeee!
My place is usually tidier than this...

Having just hit another big milestone (30,000 posts = Way too much time online), I figured I'd bump this and see what people have to say a year later. All of my original sentiments still apply: Huge thanks to all of the DM's and players that have made my time here on Myth-Weavers so addictingly enjoyable!
