Except ravens lack hands, and so the DM can rule that they're physically incapable of using the wands.

Ravens can actually pick up items like sticks fairly well...
By the way, if you Activate Blindly(DC25 instead of 20), any familiar capable of holding the wand(mouths?) can do it. In addition, there are magical items that grant hands, so...

"Holding" and "Using" are two different things.

You don't even need to point a wand to use it, though. Anyway, this discussion should be moved to its own thread.

I'd say that's a DM discretion thing, but either way, how much more can there be to say?

Quick Question: Regarding cleric and the Persistent spell feat.

What's that feat/spell/power that gets rid of the raised spell level for metamagic feats...
