The towering individual standing before you is taller than the average human. He stands about 6 and a half feet tall, and weighs just under 200 lbs. His cloak has a hood that is pulled up, obscuring most of his head from view. He has alabaster skin and piercing blue eyes. The occasional strand of golden hair straggles from the hood. There is a slight bulge underneath the cloak on his back, where he is carrying his pack. Additionally, underneath the cloak, he is wearing a loose tan shirt above brown breeches, held up with a leather belt. Hanging from the belt is a small brown pouch. In his hands, he carries an ornate staff. The staff is one of the most beautiful you have ever seen, with a winged figurehead you think could be an angel at the top set with a red stone as its torso. A large blue stone is also set just under the angelic ornament.

His skin is like alabaster; his eyes are clear blue pools; and his long hair strands of gold that flow loose in the wind behind him reaching nearly his waist when at rest. His garments look expensive, something you might see on one of the lower class nobles. He wears a bright red robe and sash over a black undergarment with gold embroidery at the throat and hem. He wears a backpack over his shoulder, and a small pouch dangles from the sash at his waist. In his hands, he carries an ornate staff. Clothing/Equipment: Gregory always, always, has knives on him. Tucked in his boots, on his belt, strapped to his arm or thigh, he never goes unarmed; he's too paranoid. Likewise, he enjoys nice clothes, but rarely bothers buying new ones, typically wearing the same stolen silk garments underneath his armor for weeks at a time before discarding them and replacing them with new. He rarely wears larger weapons, or heavy armor, though he does own some studded leather and a pair of heavy metal gauntlets, much heavier than would be expected, that he puts on in time of war.

Gregory is not a man to mince words. Standing in front of you, his eyes never quite settle, always darting around, into corners, up and down your legs and arms, checking for weapons or movement. He doesn't seem quite paranoid, but he doesn't seem comfortable, either; he moves as he watches, his responses short and terse.

Even though no danger is present, his hands always linger by his belt, idly touching the hilts of his daggers, and he rarely smiles. Whenever he is not in motion, he leans on whatever happens to be around; walls, tables, shelves, anything that can support a shoulder. Likewise, when he is bored of the conversation, he plays with his blades, tossing them back and forth and picking at his nails.

On the rare occasion that he deems something important enough to get involved, his voice is pleasant, and he speaks earnestly and passionately. A man of moods, he is as likely to laugh and get over and insult as he is to growl and storm off at a friendly gesture ill-timed.

A talented climber, acrobat, and thief, Alan is a slim man, who lives by Festus' rule of non-violence. It isn't that he is particularly pacifist in his attitudes; he's simply not strong enough to do any damage, and has a very low tolerance for pain or discomfort when not on the job. He's a talented man, and a kind one, smart as a whip, though not as smart as Jericho. He's worked with the organization since he was a little kid, starting as a pickpocket trained by Thrule.

The Brains of the outfit, Jericho can think himself out of a box, given enough time. He's the one that covers planning, negotiations, and tactics, even though he doesn't run the crew. He's a decent man with a billy club, but he prefers sitting down and talking things out, buying favors, or just running to fighting. He was the first man Gregory met when he came to the city, and he introduced him into the organization. Jericho is good friends with Gregory, but he is a bit afraid of him due to his own weak will and lack of confidence. Jericho did a bid when he was just a kid in Stormrend for something he didn't do... sure nobody in jail ever "did it", but he really didn't. As a result he was kind of made a criminal in jail and when he got out he left for the capital because he couldn't deal with the treatment he got in his hometown.

Urgruk is the heavy lifter and all around intimidation. Although everyone knows not to mess with Gregory, sometimes it's good just to have a nasty looking orc around. Makes people think twice. Usually Urgruk comes around the first time Gregory visits someone to have a talk with them, hoping that Urgruk's presence might just help inspire them to be more cooperative, but in truth, Gregory himself is far more dangerous, though Urgruk has smashed a few faces in his day... still they try and avoid that as if anyone talked it could mean Urgruk would be executed as a violent slave. Urgruk actually belongs to Lady Vissendor but she lets Gregory use him and in exchange they both stay out of her hair. Urgruk isn't stupid though, he's actually pretty smart, but he doesn't let most people know that. He used to be a sailor in the FFT which is why he and Greg bond so well. Urgruk doesn't mind being a "slave" because in actuality he lives like a king if you ask him.

Rita Ray was one of Tommy Burgoine's whores, most notably his prettiest. Like all of Billy's girls she had a drug problem, but that all ended when Jimmy Burgoine captured her and Cherry Blossom. Cherry was roughed up, but Rita didn't make it out with her life. Her death was tragic to Billy and Cherry. Cherry went on an expensive drug bender and Tommy became depressed. Rita's death resonated a lot with the local working girls and made them even more afraid of Jimmy.
