Eileen's plan is to keep the sensors going full blast all the way in, scanning for lifesigns, Naquadah (= a gate), and ring platforms. She'll engage the sublight drive (at minimal thrust until she knows she can use more, of course) the moment it's available to cut down on their trip.

So that settles it, we give the red shirt to Dr. Horrible XD
