Hey all, we now have the spot in the Scales of War filled which rocks, unfortunately we've lost another of our Core game players. So we now officially need at least one defender plus a fifth 'free agent' spot filled. Get your apps in, there's a fight going on!

I'd like to put in my previous application, Sever the Revenant Assassin for consideration for the Core game.

Additionally, I'd like to also submit a defender for the the Core game. It was an app for another game which did not get accepted. So the sheet is at lvl 2. But I'll drop it to lvl 1 if I get accepted.

Rorgash's early years were typical of other half-orcs. He ran, fought and sought glory for his tribe just like his peers. He was tatooed with the markings of his clan and was held in high esteem by the rest of his tribe.

His life however took a sharp turn the day he was ambushed by orcs while out on a routine scouting trek. Rorgash fought bravely but he was outnumbered and soon he it was all he could do to keep their blades at bay. Just as he was about to fall, a stranger came to his rescue. The stranger was also a half-orc but he fought like none Rorgash had ever seen of his race. The stranger's blade struck with the powers of the elements and many times when Rorgash thought an enemy's blade was sure to hit the stranger, it was deflect as if by some unseen force. The orcs broke like water against the stranger's assault and soon they were either dead or fleeing. Then just with a glance in Rorgash's direction to make sure he was alright, the stranger left as swiftly as he came.

When Rorgash made his way back to his tribe, he told them about what he saw, still amazed at his saviour. The reaction of the tribe was not one he expected though. The elders order him siezed and accused him of blasphemy. Accused him of being tainted by the "Sharakim". The tribe scourged the mark of their tribe from his skin with fire and would have killed him had not the stranger turned up again.

Sweeping in just as he had done against the orcs, the stranger pushed those restraining Rorgash aside with arcane power and then together with the young half-orc, fled the tribe. Once safely away, the stranger revealed to Rorgash that he was part of the Sharakim, an ancient brotherhood of half-orcs who used the arcane to augment their prowess in battle. Most orcs saw the ways of the Sharakim as turning their backs on their gods and so hunted them down. Now the Sharakim are few and usually operate alone except when they occasionally take on apprentices. Feeling guilty for causing Rorgash's exile, Jun Banecaller, for that was the strangers name, offered to teach him the ways of the Sharakim. Exiled and with no where else to turn to, Rorgash accepted the offer.

Effect: You mark the target. The target remains marked until you use this power against another target. If you mark other creatures using other powers, the target is still marked. A creature can be subject to only one mark at a time. A new mark supersedes a mark that was already in place.
If your marked target makes an attack that doesn't include you as a target, it takes a -2 penalty to attack rolls. If that attack hits and the marked target is within 10 squares of you, you can use an immediate reaction to teleport to a square adjacent to the target and make a melee basic attack against it. If no unoccupied space exists adjacent to the target, you can't use this immediate reaction.

Zelphi, that would be fine as long at the character still has a reason to be heroic. Also, just a note I have an unreasoning hatred of hybrid characters so please don't do it that way (standard feat-based multiclassing is fine).

Oh it's all there, they're at a cross roads where Zehir is completely meaningless to them but the source of their powers and at this new juncture where they can discover themselves a-new.

It's also a straight feat based MC, not a hybrid.

He's a MC invoker of Zehir but neutral in alignment, so he'll have no trouble doing heroic deeds but his philosophies and upbringing lead him away from being Lawful Good and give him an odd perspective of what Good and Evil are.

We seem to have lost another player. This replacement can be any class really as we still have one of each role already. A striker or defender would likely be best but I'll look at anything. I'll leave this open until Wednesday the 24th and choose from whoever posts an app by then. Please post a complete app following the rules as stated. Anything in the CB goes but I'm not particularly familiar Essentials yet so you might want to avoid that. Good luck and CHEERS!
