To add a new flaw, just add the following line to this page:

ADHD (3.5 Flaw)

This flaw forces a character to have to make a Concentration Check DC 10 + 1/2 the Character Level every three rounds of battle to stay focused. Allies may halve the DC if they are able to physically touch the character in order to help regain its focus, verbal communication has no effect. If the DC is failed, the character must then roll a D6 to see what happens. Also, characters with this flaw can never take 20, but may take 10 if a successful concentration check is first made.

1-2: Character is distracted for one round, and may not take any action that round. Afterword, another Concentration Check is required to regain focus (same DC) or continue being distracted.

3-4: Character becomes facinated with an enemy target, and is forced to attack relentlessly with normal attacks or offensive spells (e.g. fireball, magic missile, etc... No Mage Armor, Walls, or Buffing Spells) until it's either dead, or three rounds have gone by and another Concentration Check is required. Attacks are made as normal, all feats/special abilities are observed. (e.g. power attack, spring attack, metamagic feats, etc...)

5-6: Player retains control, but Character starts running around frantically becoming harder to hit, gaining a +2 bonus to AC in the form of a dodge bonus. Also, the character gains +2 to reflex saves, and +2 to any skill check that uses the Dexterity Modifier (e.g. Tumble, Balance, etc...)

This was a flaw that I made for my Gnome Bard, Ogswhizzle Bogthrompler. There may be another version, but I don't know if there is or not. It's very fun to play with, and creates a lot of interesting scenarios. Not too crippling if you are in a decent group, and there is the chance that it can actually be somewhat beneficial.
