The Kingdom of Morcron is a society based upon the feudal manor system. As such, manors are the common structure around which daily people have their lives. Most manors are typically no more than 1 square mile in size and are ruled by rural lords.
In Morcron, there is the following system in place:

- 30 Lesser Lords
- 900 non-noble Landowners
