Lord Lyster

Nominal head of the Ordo Dracul in London, and a powerful figure in the night-time politics of the city. Lyster exudes confidence, and normally dresses in an expensive black and red coat, looking particularly vampiric. He seems to be planning something, although the recent disappearance of Falstaff has frustrated him somewhat.
